Currently, some users are occasionally seeing a message in the Matrix client Element or in their browser stating that there is no internet connection. If this happens, please clear the cache of Element Desktop/Web:
If you are already logged out and there is no active Matrix session in Element - in other words, if you see the login screen - you can clear the cache by deleting the cache folder:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Element
You can copy the path %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming, paste it into the address bar of Windows Explorer, and press Enter. Then delete the Element folder in that directory.
Linux: ~/.config/Element
