On Wednesday, June 3, maintenance work will be performed on the VoIP system throughout the day. During this time, all VoIP phones will switch over to their respective backup servers multiple times. Ongoing calls should not be affected. Access to the Voicemail Inbox website and the Cisco Self-Care Portal will be temporarily unavailable. Softphones may need to be logged in again. Agents login to the contact center will also be limited in the afternoon.
