On Wednesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 7, maintenance work will be performed on the VoIP system throughout the day. System updates will be installed and certificates will be renewed. During this time, all phones in the VoIP network will restart multiple times. Connected PCs will briefly lose their network connection during each restart. Access to the web portals for voicemail and the Cisco Selfcare page will be temporarily unavailable. Softphones may need to be logged in again. Agents’ access to the contact center will also be temporarily restricted.
