[Update] The service is now fully operational again. Thank you for your patience.
[Update] Note: When opening the project page, one CPU core is always running at 100% capacity.
[Update] When loading a project for the first time, the source code is not displayed until the PDF has finished compiling. This may take a long time. The source code will not be displayed at all if the compilation fails due to errors.
Workaround: Click “History” (the circular arrow) in the top-right corner, then click “Back to editor” in the top-left corner; the source code will then be displayed immediately.
Some menus do not appear when you first click on them; instead, only the text “Loading” is displayed.
Workaround: Simply click twice. This is the case, for example, with “Project Search” in the left-hand menu or with ‘Upload’ in the “Add files” dialog.
[Update] In the new open-source version, the source code is not displayed when the project is first loaded until compilation is complete.
There are currently some limitations when compiling projects on ShareLatex/Overleaf. We are already working on a solution; please bear with us.
