Starting March 24, 2026, the avatar (profile picture) in the Cisco WebEx softphone client will be synchronized from the self-service portal (Profile -> Profile Picture -> Profile Picture for External Services). When synchronization is activated, profile pictures uploaded locally in WebEx will be overwritten, and changes can then only be made in the self-service portal.
