On February 26, 2026, from 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the certificates on the VoIP system must be renewed due to changed guidelines.
This will require services and servers to be restarted.
- Phones will re-register multiple times.
- It will temporarily be impossible to log in to the softphone.
- It will temporarily be impossible to log in to the Cisco user portals (phone and voicemail).
- It will temporarily be impossible for agents to log in to the ACD system.
Ongoing calls should not be affected by the work.
