The entire backup and tape infrastructure will be shut down on July 7, 2026, from 07:00 to 16:00.
Reasons:
- Maintenance of tape libraries
- Maintenance of power connections for tape libraries and SAN switches
- Updates and security patches for backup servers and library managers
- System maintenance of the involved virtualization infrastructure
The following services will be limited or unavailable:
- Backup
- Restore
- Archiving
- SLUB-LZA (Long-Term Archive)
- HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management)
