BigBlueButton 3.0 is now available on the BBB portal. For the time being, all conferences will continue to launch in version 2.7 by default. To use version 3.0, you must change the conference type in the room settings. Starting May 18, 2026, version 2.7 will be discontinued, and all conferences will launch in version 3.0.
