With this change, we are adapting the login name to common Microsoft standards.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a rule, you can continue working without restrictions. In individual cases, the following effects may occur:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOutlook\u003c/strong\u003e prompts you to log in again: Please use the primary email address of the function login to log in. If the login name cannot be edited, select \u0026ldquo;Log in with another user account.\u0026rdquo;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOutlook signature\u003c/strong\u003e is missing: Open a sent email, select and copy the signature, then paste it under ‘New Email’ -\u0026gt; ‘Signature’ -\u0026gt; ‘Signatures’ -\u0026gt; ‘New’, and specify at the bottom when it should be used.
