  "body": "\u003cp\u003eOn March 12, 2026, your User Principal Name (UPN) was successfully updated to your primary email address (usually \u003ca href=\"mailto:vorname.nachname@tu-dresden.de\"\u003evorname.nachname@tu-dresden.de\u003c/a\u003e).\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will use this address to log in to your mailbox and SharePoint in your email program. With this change, we are adapting the login name to common Microsoft standards and improving findability in SharePoint Online and Teams – including for external partners.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a rule, you can continue working without restrictions. In individual cases, the following effects may occur:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOutlook\u003c/strong\u003e prompts you to log in again: Please use your primary email address and password to log in. If the login name cannot be edited, select \u0026ldquo;Log in with another user account.\u0026rdquo;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOutlook signature\u003c/strong\u003e is missing: Open a sent email, select and copy the signature, then paste it under ‘New Email’ -\u0026gt; ‘Signature’ -\u0026gt; ‘Signatures’ -\u0026gt; ‘New’, and specify at the bottom when it should be used. Confirm by clicking ‘OK’.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThunderbird\u003c/strong\u003e requests re-login: If the password entry is unsuccessful, cancel the process.
